Larger patio area and flattening of upper garden level

The customers idea was to make the bottom patio wider and to level of the 1st level of the garden. To prevent any flooding a soak away was added.

A wall was built around the patio using breeze blocks and then covered in close-board slats to form a raised planting bed.

Removal of old decking board and approximately 40 tonnes of soil/clay to level off the upper tier of the garden.

New patio slabs laid on a section of the gardens upper tier finished with a clean pointing job and graveled edges.

Wooden corned steps added to bring the two levels together.

Final step was to lay the turf and to have a good clean up.
